Biography
2013년 『세계의 문학』 신인상을 수상하며 작품 활동을 시작했다. 제10회 조영관 문학창작기금을 수혜하고 제40회 신동엽문학상을 수상했다. 시집 『나는 벽에 붙어 잤다』 『일하고 일하고 사랑을 하고』 『당신의 죄는 내가 아닙니까』, 동인 시집 『한 줄도 너를 잊지 못했다』를 펴냈다. 창작동인 뿔에서 활동 중이며 협동조합 쩜오책방의 조합원이다.
Born in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province, in 1990, Choi Ji-In grew up in Iksan and Anyang. He majored in playwriting in the Department of Theatre at Chung-Ang University. Currently he is pursuing a graduate degree in modern literature at Kwangwoon University. Choi made his literary debut in 2013 when he received the Literature of the World (Segye-ui Munhak) New Writer's Award. He was the recipient of the 10th Cho Young-kwan Literature Creation Fund and the 40th Shin Dong-yup Prize for Literature. His works include the poetry collections Naneun byeoge butteo jatta (I Slept Against the Wall) and Ilhago ilhago sarangeul hago (Working, Working, and Loving), as well as the poetry anthology Han juldo neoreul itji mothaetta (I Couldn't Forget Even a Line of You). He is a member of the creative writing groups Bbul.
